My Client, a well-established importer are now seeking a skilled and experienced standalone HR Manager to provide support for two businesses, the Importer & their sister company comprising circa 75 employees.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR management. This is a HR Generalist role with a wide remit and will give you the opportunity to be involved with a range of people-related activities requiring expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and wellbeing, employee benefits, employee relations and legal compliance to ensure the smooth operation of our HR processes. It would be very advantageous if candidates have sage 50 payroll experience. As this is a standalone role, incumbents will be responsible for all general HR administrative tasks.
1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
2. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, ER, and offboarding.
3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
