We are partnering with a leading holiday group specialist to find a talented Sales Executive who will drive growth by securing new large-group holiday properties across Europe. The company works with over 1,750 unique properties across UK and Europe, from cottages to castles and is renowned for its customer-focused approach.
This is a hands-on sales role where you’ll identify, pitch, and secure new property listings, managing the full cycle from prospecting to onboarding. You’ll work closely with both production and marketing teams to ensure growth targets are met.
What You’ll Do
* Identify new property opportunities and emerging markets
* Present the company’s direct booking proposition to property owners
* Manage the full sales cycle and support smooth onboarding
* Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive outbound sales
* Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation
What We’re Looking For
* 3–5 years’ experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead qualifying (travel industry a plus)
* Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets in phone-based sales
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong IT skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office, CRM tools; Hubspot a bonus)
* Interest or experience in travel/tourism preferred
* Bonus: Fluency in Spanish, French, or Italian
