Evaluate pragmatic approaches to meet reporting and analysis requirements, considering scale and complexity. Demonstrate tools and analytics expertise to business Power Users, providing coaching and guidance for self-service capabilities. Collaborate with source system experts and third-party partners on delivery projects. Embrace a continuous improvement mindset to optimise data analysis and reporting solutions. Support the Service Lead in analysing report usage and performance to drive business value. Create high-quality documentation that clearly describes data and reporting solutions. Contribute to the MI&A platform strategy, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Assist support teams in resolving technical issues related to data and reporting solutions.
