Business Central Developer (Junior–Mid Level)

We’re working with a growing Microsoft partner who are looking to bring in a Business Central Developer to support their expanding project pipeline.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to work across technical development and client interaction, gaining exposure to real-world projects and business challenges.
You’ll be:
* Developing and supporting Business Central solutions (backend focus)
* Working closely with consultants and clients to understand requirements
* Translating business needs into technical solutions
* Supporting implementations and system improvements
As part of your role, you’ll be enrolled in a structured 12-week Business Central Developer programme, where you will:
* Gain hands‑on training in Dynamics 365 Business Central development
* Work alongside experienced consultants and developers
* Achieve the Microsoft MB-840 (Business Central Developer) certification
* Receive full support and funding for the certification (no cost to you)
This is a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your career within the Microsoft ecosystem.
* Graduate or 2–3 years’ experience in development
* Strong backend / coding background (any language)
* Comfortable speaking with clients and working in a consultative environment
* Eager to learn and grow within the Microsoft ecosystem
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
