Freelance Externals Site Manager - Immediate Start
We are seeking an experienced Externals Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment recladding project in Loughborough.

Duration: 4-6 weeks
Start: ASAP
Rate: Up to £250 p/day CIS
Requirements:
SMSTS
First Aid
Strong experience with externals / recladding works
Key Duties:
Supervising and coordinating subcontractors on site
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards
Overseeing recladding and associated externals packages
Carrying out site inductions and toolbox talks
Monitoring health & safety compliance
Reporting progress to the Project Manager
This role will suit a hands-on Site Manager with a strong background in externals and refurbishment projects
