About the Role
I am recruiting in Basingstoke and looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to support the HR Manager across the full employee lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants to build strong generalist experience and gain exposure to a wide range of HR activities in a supportive environment.
You'll play a key role in recruitment administration, onboarding, HR operations, payroll input, reporting and wellbeing initiatives, while also supporting projects and continuous improvement as the HR function evolves.
HR Administrator Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
* Manage the Applicant Tracking System and coordinate recruitment administration
* Arrange interviews and liaise with hiring managers
* Complete pre-employment checks (Right to Work, references, DBS, visas/sponsorship)
* Prepare offer letters, contracts and onboarding documentation
* Coordinate IT and equipment requests for new starters
* Support inductions and ensure legal and internal compliance
