Job Title: Site Manager – Council Flat Refurbishment Location: Solihull Salary: £(Apply online only) per day Hours: Monday to Friday Contract Type: Self Employed- 18 months About the Role: Winner Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Site Manager on behalf of one of our key clients, working on a council flat refurbishment project in Solihull. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered to quality and safety standards, and maintaining strong communication with both the client and residents. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all site activities on a live occupied housing refurbishment project * Coordinate trades and subcontractors to deliver works on schedule and to a high standard * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations * Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings * Manage site documentation, reports, and RAMS * Liaise with tenants, council representatives, and the client to ensure smooth delivery Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing or refurbishment projects * SMSTS or SSSTS (essential) * CSCS Card (essential) * First Aid at Work (preferred) * Strong organisational and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple trades and deliver projects on time and within budget
