Key responsibilities include: Advising clients via phone, email, and meetings Managing a varied caseload, including Employment Tribunal matters Drafting contracts, policies, handbooks, and settlement agreements Delivering clear, commercial, and pragmatic legal advice Supporting business development through articles, blogs, and training Working collaboratively to meet client service standards and KPIs About You Must be UK based Qualified Employment Lawyer (LPC/BVC or equivalent) Strong experience in employment law, including Tribunal work Commercially minded with excellent communication skills Confident working independently in a remote environment Proactive, organised, and able to manage competing priorities Committed to delivering outstanding client service Up for the challenge?
