The Role Working within a well-structured HR office, you will support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including: Preparing job adverts, shortlisting packs and interview schedules Managing safer recruitment processes (DBS, references, identity & right-to-work checks) Maintaining accurate digital and paper personnel files Supporting with absence reporting and return-to-work documentation Assisting with onboarding, induction and probation administration Providing first-line HR guidance to staff and managers About the School The school has an excellent reputation locally for staff development and a calm, professional culture.
