What does this role do?
Welcome to the world where insurance meets innovation. As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll help connect insurers, MGAs, brokers, and Insurtech’s with smart, scalable API-driven platforms and modern applications that make their businesses faster, smarter, and more connected. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be supporting sales growth by managing day-to-day sales activities, achieving assigned revenue targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution as well as bridging the gap between technical product knowledge and sales expertise.
You will juggle client happiness, commercial success, and team collaboration like a pro. Collaborating closely with customer success, product, marketing and sales, you’ll bring everyone together to deliver tailored solutions that evolve with our clients’ needs.

What will you be responsible for?
☁️ New Business & Lead Generation - Scout and uncover new opportunities across insurers, MGAs brokers, and Insurtech players.
☁️ Deal Management - Help guide opportunities from first intro to signed agreement, keeping deals moving smoothly at every stage.
☁️ Relationship Building - Build trusted relationships with prospect and customers.
☁️ Product & Industry Learning - Develop a strong understanding of our APIs, applications, and insurance technology solutions.
☁️ Collaboration & Teamwork - Work closely with pre-sales, product, marketing, and delivery teams.
☁️ Reporting & Continuous Improvement - Track activities, pipeline, and performance against targets.
What do you need?
☁️ Winning New Business - Proven track record of nurturing and winning new business.
☁️ Managing Sales Pipeline - Exhibits full ownership of their pipeline. Including forecasting accuracy, actions, owners, deadlines and next steps.
☁️ Enterprise Selling - A trusted advisor who can build strong relations that are built on trust. Identify and express the value that the client’s investment will return.
☁️ Collaboration & Communication - Efficiently work with the Addresscloud teams.
☁️ Insurance or Financial Services - Experience in or working with Insurtech or financial services markets.
