Job Summary

Duties
* Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.
* Assist in the planning and preparation of daily menus in collaboration with our residents, ensuring that all meals are nutritious and appealing.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during meal service periods.
* Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.
* Help train new kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety practices.
