Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Sales Executive role (16 hours per week). The working hours are typically 10:00am–2:00pm, making it ideal for someone who needs flexibility around school drop-offs and pick-ups.
The role involves identifying and following up on sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting TMB Bar’s services to event organisers. Day-to-day tasks include managing enquiries, maintaining a client database, preparing quotes, negotiating bookings, and working closely with the operations team to ensure each event runs smoothly.
This is a flexible role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working with people.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
* Strong communication and people skills
* Confident in building relationships and handling client enquiries
* Ability to spot opportunities and convert leads into bookings
* Good organisation and time management
* Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
* Basic knowledge of CRM systems or Microsoft Office is helpful
* Experience in events, hospitality, or networking is a bonus
