This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced generalist to lead a broad HR function, working closely with senior leadership to shape people strategy while delivering hands-on operational support.
The role:
As HR Manager, you will take ownership of the full employee life cycle, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and people-focused HR service across the organisation. You'll combine strategic thinking with a practical, solutions-focused approach, supporting managers and employees across the group.
The main responsibilities:
1. Act as the go-to HR expert, providing trusted advice to managers and senior leaders.
2. Lead recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
3. Oversee performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
4. Develop, review, and implement HR policies in line with employment law and business needs.
5. Partner with finance to manage payroll and benefits administration.
