The Role
Responsible for managing all client and group bookings through the sales and marketing department, ensuring needs are met across bedrooms, meeting rooms, and F&B. Acts as liaison between sales and operations, handling customer requests professionally, managing meetings & events, and conducting market research and campaigns. Also responsible for reporting, site inspections, coordinating events, and contributing to departmental revenue and sales targets.
The hotel overlooks the Royal Mile, is a 3-minute walk from Edinburgh Waverley station, and a 9-minute walk from Edinburgh Castle. Facilities include modern rooms with work stations, TVs, mini-fridges, free WiFi, a grill restaurant, a bar, a fitness room, and multiple meeting spaces, including a ballroom with city views.
