Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a culinary role. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Duties
* Assist with food preparation and meal assembly in accordance with recipes and standards
* Cook dishes to meet quality and presentation standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing utensils and equipment
* Follow food safety protocols and hygiene regulations at all times
* Support the team during busy service periods, ensuring timely delivery of meals
* Help with inventory management, including stock rotation and storage
* Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety legislation
Qualifications
* Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
* Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
* Experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
* Good organisational skills with attention to detail
* Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
* Basic understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation

This role is seasonal and weather dependent, the summer season ends in October. this role does include working ALL bank holidays an special events held around site.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 45 per week
