You’ll be expected to grow accounts, develop partnerships, and expand your network, turning warm leads into long-term business.

This isn’t a “sit back and account manage” role. You’ll be a relationship-building machine, growing existing accounts, winning new business, and positioning yourself as a market expert.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven recruitment experience (sector experience not essential)
* Ambitious, driven, and commercially aware
* Comfortable managing a full 360 recruitment desk
* A natural relationship builder who thrives on long-term partnerships
* Motivated by progression, earnings, and building something meaningful
The Role – Full 360 Recruitment
You’ll take ownership of a desk with warm clients and live roles, while:
* Building and nurturing long-term client and candidate relationships
* Expanding existing accounts and winning new business
* Interviewing candidates and matching them to live vacancies
* Mapping talent pools via LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive sourcing
* Developing your personal brand across social, phone, and email
* Driving consistent billings through relationship-led recruitment
You’ll start with a head start — but your success will come from your ability to influence, grow, and develop trust in the market.
