About The Role. As the Continuous Improvement Senior Manager, you will report to the VP of Quality. The intent of this role is to lead Area governance, PMO, CI and drive compliance execution within the regional supply chain.

Your responsibilities:

* Communicate and implement the Continuous Improvement Strategy for the Quality organisation.
* Effectively collaborate with business partners, manufacturing sites, and regional quality leadership.
* Run Area governance and Quality PMO for the Area.
* Provide leadership and direction to the manufacturing site quality continuous improvement managers.
* Stay informed of emerging trends, evolving regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
* Leverage knowledge of local regulatory requirements, combined with global quality standards, to guide decision-making.
* In partnership with the local teams, ensure manufacturing Quality Improvement Plans are inclusive of and responsive to key risk areas.
* Identifies, assesses and mitigates potential quality risks throughout the Reckitt Supply Chain.
* Work with the manufacturing and compliance & performance teams to analyse performance data.
* Work in collaboration with the Regional Quality Directors / Managers, govern and implement Quality improvement initiatives.
* Leverage six sigma tools such as Kaizen and DMAIC to identify and solve problems.
* Drive a Continuous Improvement culture, supporting teams to improve processes, drive value and create cost savings.
* Ability to communicate complex quality issues and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
* Collaborate with other departments throughout the product lifecycle to ensure quality alignment.
* Coach, mentors & trains employees across the quality organisation.
* Contribute to succession planning for the region, identifying talent.

The experience we're looking for:

* Bachelor of Science degree or higher in a scientific or technical discipline.
* Extensive experience in quality with a well-established success in a manufacturing environment and in commercial quality.
* Experience at a large CPG company is preferred.
* Knowledge of Quality requirements for the product portfolio of the region.
* Knowledge and understanding of GDP requirements.
* Working knowledge with Lean Manufacturing Principles and or Six Sigma.
* Experience managing large and small projects, with direct or indirect tenure in a Programme Management Office capacity.
* Background in consumer health or pharma regulated products preferred.
* Strong leadership and people development skills.
* Knowledge and experience in functional roles of Quality, Regulatory and Supply Chain.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to assess risks and shape decision making.
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
* Acumen in setting goals and objectives for the Business, self, and others.
* Effectively manage resources and business strategies to develop action plans.
* Ability to resolve complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation.
