As an HR Administrator you’ll play a key role in:
Responsibilities
* Maintaining accurate HR records and systems
* Coordinating recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
* Supporting absence tracking and reporting
* Preparing induction packs
* Organisation of training courses
* Issuing HR documents, letters, contracts
* Assisting with payroll and benefits administration
About You
* Experience in HR administration or a busy office environment with a HR interest
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Confident communication skills and professionalism
* Good IT skills across Microsoft Office and systems
* A proactive, adaptable approach in a fast-paced setting
