Temporary HR Administrator Your new company A well - established organisation within the public sectoris seeking a proactive and highly organised HR Administrator to join theirteam. This is a temporary opportunity with the potential for extension,offering an excellent chance to gain experience within a large, structured HRenvironment. Your new role As HR Administrator,you will play a key role in supporting the HR Partners and wider team to ensurethe effective delivery of HR services across the organisation. You will act as afirst point of contact for routine HR queries, manage core HR processes andmaintain accurate employee records, contributing to a smooth and efficientemployee lifecycle. Yourresponsibilities will include: Preparing and issuing HR correspondence, including contracts, offer letters and formal documentation. Acting as a first point of contact for routine HR queries. Providing advice and guidance on policies and processes. Supporting end - to - end recruitment activities, including vacancy administration, candidate communication and interview coordination. Processing employment changes, payments, and leaver documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Managing HR workloads and inboxes daily, ensuring queries are prioritised and addressed promptly and professionally. What you'll need to succeed Previous experiencein an administrative role, ideally within HR or a public sector environment. Strongorganisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Clear andprofessional communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability tomanage confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong IT skills,including Microsoft Office applications. The ability to workindependently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
