Site Manager
We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our client on their current growth with exciting Data Centre, Life Sciences, Aviation and other projects across the UK & Europe, this role is based in Hertfordshire and supporting projects both locally and across the UK.
This role is paying between £60k to £70k annually. This is working a usual Monday to Friday routine (40 hours a week), plus additional benefits for a permanent employee (Pension, bonus, etc…)
You must be an individual who comes from a previous background on large projects, ideally within Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation or similar with experience managing large scale construction sites, maintaining high standards across quality, H&S and client services, plan & coordinate execution of works & subcontractors, dealing with progress reports and updates to c-suite and much more…
1. Must have previous Site Management experience across large-scale construction projects
2. Must have full right to work in the UK WITHOUT sponsorship
3. Ideally looking for someone with experience across Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation or similar as the client is a specialist in these industries.
4. Strong experience working with site & construction based teams.
5. An outside of the box method of thinking to ensure projects are adhered to within timescales.
