Sales Executive
Location: Loughton
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 base, £70,000 OTE
We are currently partnering with a highly established and growing events organisation to recruit a commercially driven Sales Executive to join their revenue team.
This is a genuine opportunity for a motivated B2B sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.
The Role
You will be responsible for generating revenue through the sale of exhibition stand space and sponsorship packages across a portfolio of well-known live events. The position is heavily focused on new business generation, alongside managing and growing existing accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
• Selling exhibition stand space and sponsorship packages
• Proactively generating new business through outbound calls, LinkedIn and networking
• Managing and developing existing client accounts
• Creating tailored proposals aligned to client objectives
• Negotiating and closing deals to exceed revenue targets
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
The Ideal Candidate
• 2–5 years B2B sales experience
• Experience in events, exhibitions, media or sponsorship sales preferred
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Confident, articulate and commercially astute
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Based within commuting distance of Loughton
