If so, the MyView team are looking for a Supply HR Assistant to join our small and dynamic team that delivers effective support to managers and employees by providing advice and guidance on the use of the Council s MyView and Optimum (Flexi) system. Be the first point of contact for MyView enquiries (phone, email and in person). Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of leave management within the integrated HR & Payroll systems. Maintain the council s time recording system, by receiving, verifying and inputting any manual flexi adjustments and deal with all related enquiries. Provide advice and training to line managers and employees on all integrated HR & Payroll systems internally and remotely as required. Great customer service skills in person and on the phone. Good IT skills that include Microsoft Office packages and EDMS A positive attitude to change and contributing to service improvements.
