Working Foreman – High End Residential New Build Location: Wallingford (OX10) Duration: Immediate start, ongoing until end of August Pay Rate: £280 to £300 per shift Overview We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman to oversee the day to day running of a high end, complex new build residential project near Wallingford. This is a hands on role suited to someone with strong all round building knowledge who is confident leading trades on site while remaining practical and involved in the build. The project is already well underway and requires someone capable of maintaining high standards, organisation, and productivity across multiple trades. Key Responsibilities • Opening and securing site daily • Running day to day site activity • Supervising and coordinating trades • Working hands on where required • Reading and understanding construction drawings • Reporting material requirements to management • Accepting deliveries and coordinating logistics • Maintaining clean, organised and safe working areas • Implementing and monitoring health and safety standards • Acting as the main point of contact between site and management Required Experience • Previous experience as a Working Foreman or Site Supervisor • Strong general building knowledge • High end residential or bespoke build experience preferred • Confident reading drawings and managing multiple trades • Strong communication and leadership skills • Trade background, ideally carpentry, highly desirable Essential Qualifications • SMSTS or SSSTS • CSCS Card • First Aid (preferred) Candidate Profile • Hands on and proactive • Strong eye for detail and quality finishes • Able to manage site independently day to day • Calm, organised and reliable • Comfortable working closely with both trades and management Apply Please submit your CV or call Rich directly: (phone number removed) Immediate interviews available.
