An exciting role with a Tier 1 Main Contractor in Waterford, this €multi-million healthcare project consists of groundworks, steel frame, cladding, sub stations, generators and a large carpark, exactly the kind of role a good Site Manager would love to get their teeth stuck into.
This is an important project for the Waterford area and a facility that will serve the community from years to come. It gives you the opportunity to leave your mark and give something back to the area as part of the management team of one of Ireland's most respected Main Contractors.
This leading Contractor will offer you a very strong salary of approx. €75,000 - €80,000 + vehicle, fuel and a strong pension as well as the opportunity to grow your career in the South East.

As Site Manager:
* Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Monitor progress, managing timelines and budgets effectively.
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors while maintaining site standards.
* Conduct regular safety checks and audits.
* Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, and planners to ensure work complies with building regulations.
* Maintain high quality standards throughout all project phases.
About You:
* Proven experience in site management with a Main Contractor
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent client-facing skills and knowledge of building practices.
* Experience with large healthcare or large-scale commercial projects is desirable.
The Package: An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €75,000 - €80,000 (D.O.E) + vehicle / allowance, fuel card, pension.
