Strategic SaaS Channel Sales Executive Pure Hunter MSP ISP Focus
Overview:
We are looking for a high-performance sales hunter who thrives in partner-led SaaS sales. This is a pure new business acquisition role focused on aggressively building a network of high-producing MSPs, ISPs, VARs, and resellers to drive rapid growth. Your mission is simple: identify, recruit, and activate strategic channel partners — and close deals with and through them.
This is not a passive channel management role — this is outbound hunting at its core. If you love the thrill of opening new doors, breaking into partner ecosystems, building revenue from scratch, and closing deals — we want to talk.
Key Responsibilities:
* Aggressively prospect, engage, and recruit new MSP, ISP, and VAR partners to drive SaaS sales.
* Build and manage a self-generated pipeline of partner opportunities through cold outreach, networking, events, and industry engagement.
* Directly engage C-level decision makers inside partner organizations and help them monetize your solution.
* Drive full-cycle sales: from partner recruitment to co-selling into their customer base.
* Deliver high-impact discovery calls, handle objections, create urgency, and close.
* Operate with a "whatever it takes" mentality to rapidly build a high-producing channel network.
* Work cross-functionally with internal product, technical, and marketing teams to support partner enablement and sales velocity.
* Maintain disciplined CRM management (HubSpot), pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and sales reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
* A pure outbound hunter — 80%+ of your time is spent generating new partner pipeline.
* Proven track record of new business success in SaaS, ideally selling via MSPs, ISPs, or VARs.
* Comfortable building partner relationships from scratch and rapidly driving revenue activation.
* Strong consultative sales skills, but highly aggressive in driving urgency and closing.
* Confident engaging C-suite and technical stakeholders in both partner and end-client organizations.
* Disciplined, organized, accountable, and driven by results.
* Competitive, resilient, and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
Bonus Points:
* SaaS sales experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or cloud services.
* Existing network within MSP, ISP, or reseller ecosystems.
* Experience selling both through and with partners into mid-market and enterprise.
