Location: Field-Based - Manchester and Surrounding Areas
Salary: Basic with uncapped commision (OTE: £48,000)

What You'll Be Doing
o 80% Account Management - nurture and grow existing client relationships
o 20% Business Development - identify and convert new opportunities
o Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver tailored solutions
o Engage with decision-makers and provide consultative sales support
o Build long-term partnerships based on trust and performance
What We're Looking For
o 2+ years of sales experience in FMCG
o Proven success in account management
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills
o Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
o Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
