HR Officer Temporary Contract Malhotra Group We are seeking a proactive and professional HR Officer to join our team at Malhotra Group on a temporary contract. This is a pivotal role with a strong focus on employee relations casework, including managing disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and capability processes. You will provide clear, practical advice to managers, ensuring that policies and procedures are applied consistently, fairly, and in line with employment law. A key part of the role will be preparing and reviewing case documentation, supporting hearings and meetings, and guiding managers through often complex and sensitive situations. You will act as the first point of contact for employee relations queries, promoting best practice and helping to maintain positive and productive working relationships across the Group. Alongside case management, you will also contribute to wider HR activity, including supporting recruitment, onboarding, and compliance tasks, as well as assisting with employee engagement and retention initiatives to strengthen workplace culture. We are looking for an experienced HR professional with: Strong, hands-on experience in managing employee relations cases (disciplinaries, grievances, capability, investigations). Good working knowledge of HR processes and employment law. Excellent organisational and IT skills, with strong attention to detail. The confidence to advise managers and influence outcomes while building trusted relationships.
