The role
Vertu Ford Orpington Our sales team is growing! Join us as a Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive in our state-of-the-art Ford Commercial Vehicle showroom based in Orpington. We are offering a basic salary of £22,000 with an OTE of £48,500 (uncapped commission) plus company vehicle and benefits. You will be required to assist customers through the purchase of their commercial vehicle from viewing and test drive to finance options and delivery. Informing the customer on finance, insurance and accessory products, naturally building a rapport with customers to help identify their needs. You will be providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and generating new customers through prospecting. We’re looking for a driven individual with a passion for sales and delivering outstanding customer service. Previous sales experience is essential, but this can come from any industry—whether you’ve sold utilities, property, holidays, jewellery or similar. Full training and ongoing support will be provided. You must also hold a full, clean UK driving licence, with the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles. To protect our customers and our reputation, you will be required to complete a DBS check, along with regular fit and proper person assessments. We will also request references from previous employers as part of our pre-employment checks.
