Freelance Construction Site Manager – Commercial Fit Out (CAT A)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Construction Site Manager to oversee a 6-week commercial CAT A fit-out project on behalf of our client.
This is a short-term contract role, ideal for a hands-on Site Manager with strong commercial fit-out experience who can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day management of site operations
* Coordinating subcontractors and trades
* Ensuring works are delivered on programme and to a high standard
* Maintaining health & safety compliance on site
* Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and progress reporting
* Liaising with the project team and client representatives
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing commercial CAT A fit-out projects
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold preferred), and First Aid
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage short-term programmes efficiently
