Job Title: Senior/Site Manager – New Build Project (Lodging Away)

Are you a seasoned Senior or Site Manager with a solid background in Tier 1 main contracting? Do you have the flexibility to lodge away from home for an exciting new build project? If so, we want to hear from you.
We are working with a leading main contractor on a major new build development in Suffolk. The project is set to run for an extended duration, and we're seeking an experienced professional to oversee the on-site delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full site management responsibility for a new build scheme (value £10m+)
* Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring programme, quality, health & safety, and cost targets are met
* Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
* Ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with company and industry regulations
* Report regularly to project management and directors
Requirements:
* Proven experience working with Tier 1 main contractors
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Track record of delivering complex new build schemes on time and within budget
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold card), First Aid certified
* Ability and willingness to lodge away during the week (accommodation provided)
