We are seeking a Cook with a Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 or above to support the Head Cook in planning, preparing, and serving nutritionally balanced and nourishing meals for residents.

Contract Hours: Friday-Sunday, 7:00am - 4:30pm

Duties and Responsibilities
* Support with compiling seasonal menus with input from residents, families, and the Home Manager, ensuring meals are suitable for residents' backgrounds, cultures, and dietary requirements.
* Deliver excellence in meal times, dining room experience, and presentation.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, ensuring food safety and health & safety regulations are met and practices are monitored.
Essential Skills, Characteristics, and Experience
* Must hold a Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 or above.
