Job Description
A customer facing role which will serve as first point of contact for customer visits and external audits. To manage and maintain food safety, legal and quality of all products produced, in accordance with IPS QMS, BRC standards and Customer Codes of Practice.
Working hours:Monday to Friday, 08.00-16.00
Salary:£38,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE)
Key Duties of Quality Manager:
1. To adhere to and promote best practice in accordance with company health and safety requirements
2. Effective management and motivation of the site quality and hygiene teams to achieve commercial, site and quality objectives within the agreed timelines
3. Measuring site standards across all operations in line with business, customer and legislative requirements
