Role Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our growing team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our HR function and offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities


* Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
* Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, performance reviews, and employee offboarding
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave entitlements, and general HR processes
* Prepare HR documentation including employment contracts, variation letters, and onboarding packs
* Track employee attendance, leave balances, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
* Provide administrative support for HR programs such as employee engagement, wellness initiatives, and training & development
* Generate regular HR reports
* Assist in the implementation of HR projects such as policy reviews, process improvements, and system upgrades

Skills And Experience

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role
* Solid understanding of HR functions, practices, and employment legislation
* Strong data entry and database management skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
* High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels
