Due to continued group growth, we are seeking an experienced Group HR Administrator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis, based in our Aberdeen office. A real ‘Generalist’ environment you will maintain the HRMS and administer documentation to support every aspect of the employee lifecycle such as Recruitment & Selection, Absence Management, Performance Management, Benefits & Rewards, Administering Payroll, supporting the Discipline and Grievance processes and more! The successful candidate will have proven administration experience within an HR Team, with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. This list does not represent an exhaustive list but indicates the main responsibilities the post holder will be required to undertake : Administer HR-related documentation including but not limited to, contractual documentation, benefit documentation, training records etc. A ttend meetings and take minutes where required. Assist to Ensure HRMS is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation (e.g., absences, other leave, Family Friendly Leave and working hours). Assist the HR Coordinator with the recruitment process, arranging interviews and communicating with candidates as necessary. Assist the HR Coordinator with the onboarding process, running right to work checks, obtaining references, and administering paperwork as necessary. Assist the HR Coordinator with employee inductions as necessary. Support the HR Coordinator to administer benefits and rewards in accordance with company policies and contractual requirements. Assist to maintain the HR Department MDR; creating and maintaining templates, forms and company documentation as necessary. Support organisational change where required. Assist to report regularly on HR metrics on a weekly, monthly, annual basis. Provide administrative support to the HR Director / HR Advisor as required to ensure the smooth running of HR projects as required. Assist the payroll process on a weekly and monthly basis; generating timesheet reports and monthly payroll related reports in accordance with company procedures. Administer Performance appraisals such as probation and annual performance reviews, ensuring relevant information is recorded, maintained, and reported in line with ISO accreditations. Assist with the build and implementation of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) throughout the group. Assist to participate in HSEQ committee meetings and communicate to HR Director as required. Manage the shared mailbox distributing as necessary. General office administrative duties as required. Your Qualifications & Experience Essential: Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly word & excel) Proven experience as an HR Administrator Experience operating a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) Knowledge of Human Resources processes & best practices Preferred: Completed or working towards HR related qualification Experience using SharePoint Knowledge of ISO 9001 Your Personal Skills & Qualities?
