This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Site Managers with a strong background in housing refurbishment and occupied properties to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality projects. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations across refurbishment and planned maintenance programmes. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, direct labour, plant and materials. Develop and manage site programmes, phasing and methods of work. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Maintain site administration, records and reporting procedures. Liaise with residents, clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Drive high standards of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance. Conduct inspections, quality checks and oversee defect resolution.
