Job Summary
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our dynamic and supportive HR team. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality and professional HR administration service in a busy and fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the HR Operations and Payroll Manager, your main responsibilities will involve administration of the full employment lifecycle. This includes preparing interview packs, corresponding with applicants, issuing offer letters and contracts, processing leavers and employment changes, and maintaining our central HR and payroll database.
The ideal candidate will have recent and relevant administrative experience and exceptional attention to detail. Utilising the HR and Payroll information system you will have experience of inputting accurate data to ensure deadlines are consistently met. Payroll experience and skills in data reporting would be advantageous.
You will also need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with people at all levels.
