About the Role
We're working with a global manufacturing business near Belfast to recruit a permanent part‑time HR Manager (24 hrs/week), ideal for someone seeking hands‑on responsibility and influence within a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead recruitment, onboarding, and selection processes
* Manage employee relations and benefits
* Oversee performance management and training initiatives
* Serve as the site's go‑to HR lead, working independently or within a small team
Your Profile
* Degree in HR, business, or related field
* 5+ years' HR experience-ideally in manufacturing or a similar sector
* CIPD-qualified (preferred)
* Solid knowledge of Northern Ireland employment law
* Experience owning HR processes end-to-end is a strong advantage
