We are currently recruiting for an ambitious individual to join our Bars and Catering team as a Deputy Catering Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in food and beverage to grow within one of the busiest hospitality operations in the North-West.
Job Description:
As a Deputy Catering Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping things running smoothly across four of Blackpool’s busiest (and award-winning!) fish and chip shops.
This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who loves a challenge and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
The Job Role Will Involve:
* Overseeing the day-to-day running of our four award-winning fish and chip shops.
* Leading, managing, and supporting a team of around 20 staff (including Supervisors).
* Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager.
* Ensuring we are consistently serving high-quality food made with fresh produce.
* Inspiring and motivating your team to give their best every shift.
* Supporting wider business goals and always looking for ways to improve.
* Flexible working hours (evenings and weekends).
* Rolling up your sleeves and getting involved. This is a hands-on role, and we are all about teamwork.
* Jumping in when needed to keep service fast, friendly, and efficient.
Person Specification:
We are looking for someone who is confident, organised, and is a natural leader who can build strong working relationships, stay calm under pressure, and keep standards high!
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous experience in a management role within a busy hospitality environment.
* Experience working in or managing a fish and chip shop operation.
* Excellent communication and people skills.
* The ability to engage and work effectively with team members at all levels.
* A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.
* The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team.

Contact/Rate of Pay:
* Full time and Permanent
* £31,000 per year (plus bonus!)
