Lusona are working with a reputable and expanding contractor who are looking to hire a talented and knowledgeable Site Manager and will offer a competitive package and interesting projects to the successful individual.
Package
* Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
* Car Allowance £7,000 plus mileage rate of £0.45/mile
* Bonus
* 40 hour working week with early finish on a Friday

* 34 days holiday
Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Manage subcontractors and site staff to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Maintain strong communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Monitor progress, quality, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction or refurbishment projects.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and site management processes.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
