Duties and responsibilities:
Grow and develop new business
Win back lapsed customers and promote additional services with existing business
Effectively communicate across all teams internally and with external customers to make sure the highest level of service is delivered
Provide quotes to customers via email and telephone
Work alongside Marketing, Tendering and Telesales to coordinate leads and sales
Experience and Skills:
Previous experience in working in a fast paced, sales focused environment
Effective verbal and written communication skills including telephone, webchat and email.
Results-driven nature
Good IT skills with experience of using MS Outlook, Word and Excel
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Effective organisational skills
Salary and Working Hours:
£27,456
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (40 hours per week)
