A Day in the Life of the HR Officer

* Provide first-line HR support to staff on daily HR queries
* Drive employee engagement activities and manage all internal communication channels
* Promote a positive environment
* Assist with recruitment and manage Harri & Fourth onboarding for smooth integration of new team members
* Prepare job postings and arrange interviews
* Assist HR manager with training and induction
* Monitor training completion
* Create reports, PowerPoint presentations, and HR projects
* Take notes during meetings
* Maintain employee files and support administrative tasks
* Manage and update Harri and Fourth systems


What We Need From You

* Proven experience in a similar role within a 4/5-star hotel environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, confidential, and supportive approach
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and prioritization skills
* Resilient and positive attitude
