Interview Date: Week commencing 1st December
The nursery provides cooked healthy balanced meals for the children attending the nursery. As cook you will be responsibility for working with nursery staff and parents to ensure that children’s dietary needs are met including children with Food intolerance's and Food allergies. You will work with the Nursery Manager and Deputy to adapt the menus to suit the needs of the children and to use the provisions donated helping to reduce costs and waste.
You should have ….
 1. Some previous experience of working successfully in an environment catering for large groups of children
 2. Knowledge of relevant health and safety practice regarding food preparation and catering equipment 
 3. Some experience of menu planning and knowledge of health -related diets including food allergies and food intolerance's
