SME Outbound Sales Executive at RAC
RAC recruits Outbound Sales & Service Executives to join our energetic team in our office in the Victoria, Salford Quays.
This role operates Monday-Friday 9am‑5pm. No weekends, Bank Holidays off.
As an Outbound Sales Executive you will work with new small to medium business (SME) customers, understand their requirements, and advise them on our breakdown products. You will also maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
We offer a guaranteed base salary of £26,736 with an OTE up to £33,000.

What You’ll Do
* Deliver exceptional service to members, ensuring up‑to‑date regulatory compliance and member‑centric focus.
* Effectively engage businesses who are considering, renewing, or leaving RAC, reviewing their needs and reasons for leaving.
* Follow up prospect data, inbound leads, and marketing campaigns to build and nurture a long‑term pipeline of sales opportunities, maintaining a good conversation rate.
* Utilise data and the CRM/database to record accurate client and prospect information.
* Manage ledgers with specialised tools to identify businesses with outstanding debt; offer alternative payment methods while collecting overdue invoices to support business targets.
What You’ll Need
* Experience in sales and customer service (inbound/outbound).
* Ability to work towards KPIs under pressure.
* Outgoing and self‑motivated.
* Empathetic and able to build rapport with new and existing SME customers.
* Preferably accustomed to an account‑management approach driving pipeline lead generation.
