About the role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll take ownership of the entire customer journey — from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover — delivering a seamless and enjoyable buying experience.
You will:
* Welcome customers and build strong rapport
* Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle and finance options
* Arrange and conduct test drives
* Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage
* Work towards achievable sales targets within a supportive team
Who we’re looking for

* Experienced automotive Sales Executives, or
* Individuals from retail, hospitality, leisure or customer-facing roles looking for a career change
You’ll also need:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Confidence, drive and motivation to succeed in a target-driven environment
* Flexibility to work weekends (including Saturdays)
* A full UK driving licence
