We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Site Manager to oversee a project within an industrial environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing resources, and ensuring deadlines are met. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety regulations. Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution. Supervise site personnel, including subcontractors Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and quality requirements. Identify potential risks or issues early on and implement corrective actions promptly. Qualifications Proven management experience within the construction e sector. Extensive supervising experience overseeing diverse teams on large-scale projects. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A recognised qualification in construction management or a related field is desirable. Commitment to health & safety standards and continuous professional development. This contract will last approximately 4 weeks
