The Role
They are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources across the school. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective HR operations, supporting staff well-being, and fostering a positive and professional workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
2. Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leadership and staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
3. Manage and maintain accurate personnel records, safeguarding compliance with data protection and safer recruitment requirements.
4. Coordinate training, professional development, and appraisal systems.
5. Support well-being and staff engagement initiatives.
