You will be reporting to the Operations Manager. Responsibilities of the Driver & Handyman: This role combines material delivery, waste disposal, and general maintenance and repair (make-safe) duties, aligned with the role's specific competencies and grading. The postholder will be responsible for driving company-owned tipper trucks equipped with fabricated cages to collect building materials from trade stores as instructed and delivering them to operatives at various job sites in a timely manner. They will also collect and dispose of building and general household waste from various locations. This position requires handywork experience, strong organisational, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, as well as a thorough understanding of construction materials, industry best practices, waste disposal regulations and a commitment to safety and compliance.
