(Up to £5million in value) Key Responsibilities Day-to-day management of site operations Managing subcontractors and site teams Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard Coordinating new build and refurbishment works Maintaining H&S and quality standards Reporting progress to the Project Manager Requirements Proven Senior Site Manager experience Hotel or hospitality project background Experience with new build and refurbishment works Strong knowledge of M&E and finishing trades SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid Whats on Offer Competitive salary or day rate Long-term project Reputable main contractor
