We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Catering Manager to lead our food and beverage operation in London.
What you’ll be doing:
As Catering Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day catering operation across our public café, retail outlets, and events. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading, training, and inspiring a passionate catering team
* Ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout the site
* Managing stock, rotas, and budgets to meet commercial targets
* Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times
* Working closely with the client to meet expectations and enhance the visitor experience
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in a catering or hospitality management role
* A proactive, hands-on leader who leads by example
* Strong understanding of food service operations and commercial awareness
* Excellent organisational and people skills
* A passion for delivering high-quality food and outstanding service in a visitor-focused environment
