My client are a well‑established, reputable fit‑out contractor seeking a proactive Site Manager to oversee premium commercial projects across Leeds. You’ll be leading on‑site operations, ensuring exceptional standards, and maintaining strong communication with trades, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing the day‑to‑day site operations on high‑end commercial fit out and refurbishment projects valued up to £5m+
* Ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
* Maintaining excellent health & safety compliance across site
* Building and sustaining strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Proactively identifying issues and implementing effective solutions to keep projects moving smoothly
* Coordinating trades, logistics, and site resources efficiently
* Providing clear, timely communication and reporting to senior management
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit out / refurbishment (high‑end projects preferred)
* A proactive, agile individual who thrives under pressure
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Solid understanding of health and safety legislation and on‑site best practice
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
